Centralized Administration for Easy Management
The system administration tool included in Optimail Mail Server is a web-based graphic user interface. Major features offered through the web administration include:
Quickly create and delete users.
Limit or expand disk capacity for each user or for all users.
Limit number of users on sub-domains.
Limit email attachment sizes.
Limit number of files attached with email.
View inbound and outbound email statistics.
Broadcast announcements to all domain users.
The web-administration tool also provides two-tier system administration levels. This allows service providers to share administrative duties with its enterprise customers and/or resellers.
